Modify Multiple Objects

Select Objects
Create a blue square, a yellow triangle (polygon object with three sides) and a red circle. Marquee or SHIFT select all three objects.

Multiple Selection
You can apply any attribute to more than one object at a time, which is a great time saver and helps to improve quality and consistency. With all three objects selected, choose a thick outline. All objects receive the new outline.

Change Two Objects
Click off the selection to deselect. SHIFT Select the circle and the triangle. Click any color in the color palette to change the fill color. Note how the three objects still have the same outline, but the circle and triangle now have a new fill.

Resize Two Objects
Click off the selection to deselect. SHIFT select the circle and the square. Click on one of the corner handles and drag to resize. Note how the triangle remains the same size while the circle and square are resized.
