Step 4-
Keep Building Those Smoke Layers
Duplicate the third layer into a fourth layer as described previously. Select Edit>Free Transform again and repeat the transformation from step three, dragging further up to the right.
Since the smoke is overlapping other border areas of the stamp, lightly erase part of the transformed smoke area, using the airbrush eraser as selected from the eraser options palette. In the example at left, I used the airbrush eraser with a pressure of 18 to lightly remove some of the smoke, letting the underlying border show through.
Add a fifth layer, duplicating the layer you just modified. Stretch it even further and make the smoke dissipate as you do. At this point, you should have 5 layers, each with a smoke cloud that drifts up and to the right of the stamp.
