Step 7-
Add a Lens Flare

If handled with subtlety, a slight lens flare can be an excellent final touch.

To apply it, select Filter->Render->Lens Flare. Set the Brightness slider to 46%, the Lens type at 105mm Prime, and move the Flare Center around the preview by dragging the + point (as shown in the figure at left).

Once the effect is applied, consider toning it down with the Fade Command in the Filter Menu (Filter>Fade Lens Flare). This can give just the right amount of control over the light intensity . Remember that this command is only available right after the filter is applied, so if you can't find it, its probably because you performed another action after you did the Lens Flare.
