This effect adds dark and light tonality to the image, as we've seen previously. The main difference is that it also applies a very strong edge effect like an ink outline.
This is the result of the default settings, as shown below. It could easily pass for a pen and ink drawing with the right image. |

Drop out the Dark Intensity and the edge effects remain for a lighter look and feel. The Light Intensity was also cranked up to it maximum value as well. |

I thought this one was interesting. Drop out the Black and White Intensity and the natural tones of the image dominate, stippled with the edge effects on the snow. |
