All the elements and attributes described in this section of the specification are supported by both Netscape and Explorer, with only a couple of changes:

Table cells, as described in the section on tables, do not accept an attribute value of align=justify.

Explorer recognizes a color attribute to the hr element that gives a color for the horizontal rule, which is especially handy for pages with black backgrounds, which usually render rules invisible.
