The key to dynamic creation of HTML statements is a <DIV> element that you can fill on the fly. Here is how you can define this element:

<DIV ID="devicecontainer">
<!-- Pages created on the fly go here. -->
</DIV>
You can fill this <DIV> element using the insertAdjacentHTML() method. There are two flavors, afterBegin and beforeEnd. Use the first flavor when inserting an HTML string into an empty <DIV>:

devicecontainer.insertAdjacentHTML("afterBegin", newHTML);
Use the second variation of this method when adding successive HTML strings before the end of the element:

devicecontainer.insertAdjacentHTML("beforeEnd", newHTML);
This tip is applicable to Internet Explorer and Netscape 6 and up.
