About the Author
Doug Isenberg is an attorney and the founder of GigaLaw.com. A former news reporter and magazine editor, Isenberg practices intellectual property, technology and Internet law. He also writes regularly about Internet law, including columns that have been published by The Wall Street Journal Online, CNET News.com and Internet World magazine (some of which are available on GigaLaw.com). He wrote a special report on copyright law and the Internet for the 2002 edition of the World Book Year Book.
Isenberg is licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and is an elected officer of the State Bar of Georgia's Intellectual Property Law Section. His legal clients include technology, media and other companies of all sizes. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Washington University and a law degree (cum laude) from Georgia State University College of Law.
Isenberg lives with his wife and son in Atlanta.
